We strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, pricing, and photos. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or batch differences. All sizes are as per Indian footwear standards unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Payment methods include UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

  • KAVSUN reserves the right to cancel or modify pricing in case of typographical errors or technical glitches.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days based on your location.

  • You will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, you will be contacted to share your bank details for refund processing.

  • Reverse pickup may be chargeable based on your location and product condition.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.

  • Post-shipping cancellations are not accepted. However, you may raise a return request upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will be limited to the value of the product purchased by the user.
